I found a defect in my roof and knew I couldn't fix it. I called South Point and Nick came out to see what was wrong and what solutions were available. His evaluation determined the roof needed to be replaced. I agreed but needed to know what his plan was for our porch. The porch is unique because it has a tree running thru it. We discussed the plans and agreed on the project. A few weeks later the team arrived and in less than 36 hours total the roof was replaced and everything was cleaned up. I would recommend South Point to anyone needing a roof replacement.

South Point did a great job for us. They replaced some gutters and repaired a few problems on our roof. We appreciated that they gave a great estimate with pictures and detailed information. They completed the work in a timely way and were always punctual in appointments.

I could not be any more satisfied with Nick and the crew at South Point Roofing & Construction. My insurance company required two adjusters to assess my damage, and Nick was professional, pleasant, on time, addressed all of my concerns, and was then present for the adjusters throughout their assessments to address any questions or concerns. His crew worked hard and did a wonderful job on my new roof. They were polite and did a great clean-up job after they were finished. I would absolutely recommend South Point to anyone in the market for a roof.

Nick at South Point came out after a recent hail storm and recommended having the insurance come take a look. He worked directly with the Insurance Adjuster and met them at my home, several times, to ensure my concerns were addressed and answered.Once insurance approved, Nick walked me through my options and we agreed on a new roof and gutters. I am thrilled with installation and the final result speaks for itself.I will recommend them any chance I get.
