I contacted South Point Roofing to come and investigate two leaking areas on my ceiling. Jason came out and performed a thorough inspection of the attic and exterior roof the first day and determined additional moisture testing was needed to pinpoint the cause. After waiting for rain Jason and his Production manager (Ricky) determined where the leaks were coming from and technicians, Matt and Soren repaired the which involved replacing some shingles that matched almost perfectly on my 16 year old roof. My experience with Jason and his team we very professional, on time, and problem solved. Could not be more pleased.

Professional, efficient, timely. Very pleased with end result. My reason for not giving 5 star is that I had some foundation plant damage and have cleaned up 10 or so nails & cellophane strips that were left behind. Mike & Donte came through big time! Within 24 hours they came back to my home & made sure everything was cleaned up. Highly recommend this company. My roof looks amazing. They have earned their 5th star.

We recently had a completely new roof installed on our home in Graniteville by South Point Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, the process was professional, efficient, and exceeded all my expectations. Jason, our salesperson, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to walk us through every detail of the project. He listened to our concerns, offered great recommendations on materials and colors that would best suit our house, and made sure we felt completely confident in the plan. His guidance was invaluable, and he truly helped make the decision easy and stress-free for such a large investment. I really appreciate that.
The crew worked with incredible speed and precision. They arrived on time, completed the tear-off and installation on the same day and left my property spotless—no mess, no debris, just a beautiful, finished roof. Our new roof looks absolutely stunning—it has transformed the entire look of our home. Our home is now pretty :)
If you're in the market for a reliable, high-quality roofing company that gets the job done right and quickly, I highly recommend South Point Roofing.
Special thanks to Jason and the team—you made what could have been a daunting project into a fun and enjoyable one. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them to anyone!

South Point Roofing & Gutters made my decision to go with them a no brainer! Mike Heaton (Sales Representative) was thorough and professional from the minute he came out to inspect my roof and give me a quote. He was the most detailed throughout his whole inspection and was the only one that inspected the attic and even brought out his ladder to inspect other areas of the roof. Everyone else only relied on their drones to take arial photos to determine their price. Mike made me feel confident in my decision to go with South Point. He patiently explained what I was to expect and he wasn't wrong. Dante (Job Supervisor) was present from start to finish and answered all my questions throughout the job. His crew were hard working and took pride in their work. I was so impressed with their attention to detail, and they were all focused on getting this job done. Most importantly, after the job was completed, they cleaned up and left the property better than when they started.
Thank you, South Point, you were a great company to work with, and I will be recommending you to others.

I’m very impressed with the customer service and quality of work from South Point. I had a small repair I needed and it was handled professionally and quickly. My estimator Jason was exactly on time to give me a quote and was very responsive to emails/text. The project manager Ricky was very knowledgeable and got my project under my budget. The technicians Sorren and Matt did quality work. I highly recommend using South Point for all of your roofing needs.
