For South Point, we perform roof INSPECTIONS usually for clients that are looking to purchase a home, or homeowners wanting to sell their home and have been asked to provide a report that indicates the potential life expectancy of the roof, estimates for repair of any noted areas in question, and an estimate for cost to replace the roof so they can use it in negotiations. Our report is much different from a ‘home inspector’ report who is not a licensed roofing contractor and covers all aspects and area of the roof. It usually takes our technicians 2 hours to do the inspection and the report would be ready in 24 hours.

A homeowner having issues with their roof and needing a quote for repairing leaks or damage, or replacement, still get the same quality inspection, but the quote is a bit more tailor-made to the client’s current needs. These appointments are usually done within an hour and the quotes, depending on the complexity, given immediately or within 24 hours.

BEWARE! Due to an increased volume of calls after strong storms, many companies temporarily hire “storm chasers” or salesmen from out of town, to run calls and make sales for them. Some storm chasers are selling for companies from out of state or far away. These salesmen are then off to the next storm and you are left with no one to call or working with a company from out of town that will not be there if you have issues with the roof or repair. South Point never hires storm chasers. Our South Point team members will arrive in South Point lettered vehicles, wear South Point gear, and have South Point cards, so you can rest assured you are receiving knowledgeable service from a local company with over 22 years of experience.
