From the moment I called South Point Roofing I received superb customer service. Danielle set up an immediate, next day appointment with Jason who called and came 2 hours early to inspect the rotted fascia that covered the flashing. we received excellent service and advice - even though they could not do the job. Jason and his boss spent time and discussed how the job should be done. Jason even went into the attic to check for leaks and took excellent photos. We would encourage anyone who needs roofing work done to use their service - you won't get better!!

**Update** New Roof survived Hurricane Helene with no damage. Speaks to the quality of the craftsmanship. Everything else is the review remains true. I've had the fortune of working with South Point a few times in a professional capacity where they have done work for my customers and I've never heard a complaint. When it came time to replace the roof on my mother's home I knew that there was no one I would trust more to take on this project.

Just hire them! Honestly, Mike was a lifesaver. I had been having the worst time with things going wrong in my new home that I was dreading bad news on needing roof repairs and new gutters. Mike gave me an amazing quote (I had researched a bit) and it was very close to the price I hoped it would be! He was on time, friendly, thorough and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to say for my peace of mind during the process. The gutters are set to be installed and no roof repairs were needed! I’ve never felt more confident in a company to be honest!

From start to finish, excellent experience. We used them to replace broken gutter/fascia. They were neither the lowest nor the highest quote we got, but were by far the most thorough with their process of giving us a quote, communicating expectations, color matching, breaking down all aspects of the pricing, removal of broken gutter, install of new gutter, and general tips for roof and gutter care. We only budgeted in our broken gutter replacement this go round but 100% will be calling them back to do the rest of our house as soon as we can - the job looks fantastic and the rest of our gutters look shabby now in comparison.11/10 would recommend.

I called South point to deal with an attic ventilation issue and get a solar attic fan installed. Mr. Hawley arrived on time and performed a thorough inspection and provided information I was unaware of that was detrimental to my roof. I now have a secure and waterproof roof and solar fan for a competitive price. The customer service and genuine care were more than I could've expected. The day of install Matt was on time and worked diligently ensuring that the house was left clean and the work was high quality. The ease and transparency of the quote and payment made the transaction seem less. I highly recommend South Point Roofing.
